Each morning, you are matched with a different woman for coffee, a 45-minute walk and one honest question. By the end of the week, you will have had five real founder dates.

Why Paty · Founder, traveller, space-maker
I did not build VIBRANT from the sidelines.
I am an entrepreneur who knows what it means to hold a vision, make the decisions and keep moving when nobody else can see the full picture yet.
My journey has taken me far beyond a conventional path. Travelling the world changed the way I think about success, freedom and the environments we need in order to grow. It taught me that expansion is never only a business strategy - it is a way of living, choosing and becoming.
I created VIBRANT to bring those worlds together: ambitious women, honest founder conversations, beautiful places and wellbeing that lets the nervous system catch up with the size of the dream.
I will not stand at the front and tell you how to build your business. I will be in the room with you - sharing what I have learned, asking the questions that move us forward and creating the conditions for every woman to bring her own brilliance to the table.

VIBRANT: EXPAND is currently in its validation phase. Dates, venue and final programme are being shaped for April 2027. Your application helps us understand demand and does not create a booking commitment.
Who is it for?+
Women founders, entrepreneurs and personal-brand leaders with an established business who value thoughtful growth, genuine connection and a premium experience.
What is the planned investment?+
Expected investment: €2,500, depending on your selected room category and excluding flights. Flexible payment plans of up to 12 months will be available. The final price and inclusions will be shared before any booking decision.
How do I secure my place?+
There is no payment at the application stage. A €500 deposit secures your place after acceptance. The remaining balance can be paid through a flexible payment plan of up to 12 months. Full payment terms will be shared before you commit.
