I created the room I wanted to be in myself.
A room filled with women who are building extraordinary things, choosing unconventional lives and refusing to shrink their dreams to make other people feel comfortable.
Because building your own vision can feel incredibly exciting. And sometimes incredibly lonely.
For the past four years, I have been travelling the world and have now explored more than 50 countries. I have left behind places, plans and versions of myself that no longer felt right - and started again more than once without knowing exactly where the next decision would lead.
That journey has taught me something I deeply believe:
The people around us influence how bravely we are willing to live.
The right conversation can help you trust the decision you have been afraid to make. The right woman can see a possibility for you that you cannot yet see alone. And the right room can change the direction of your life.
I love business. I love ambitious women, extraordinary ideas and conversations about what else might be possible.
But I am just as deeply connected to spirituality.
Women’s Circles, breathwork and sound healing bring me back to myself. They help me slow down, listen to my intuition and remember that success means very little if I do not feel alive while creating it.
I do not believe we should have to choose between the two.

For more than eleven years, I have worked in the event industry and brought people together. It is what I naturally do: I see connections between women, ideas and opportunities - and I love creating moments that would never have happened if everyone had stayed inside her own world.

There is no payment required to apply. If your application is accepted, a €500 non-refundable deposit secures your place and room category. The remaining balance can be paid in full or through an available payment plan.

When and where is VIBRANT: EXPAND?+
VIBRANT: EXPAND takes place in Bali from 13–19 September 2027. Across seven days and six nights, our group will have exclusive use of a purpose-built private retreat venue near Canggu, with accommodation, gathering spaces, a yoga shala, pool, gym, sauna and ice bath within the property.
Who is this retreat for?+
VIBRANT: EXPAND is for women who have already built something real – a business, established offer or personal brand – and are ready for their next chapter. You do not need to have reached a particular revenue milestone. What matters is that you are actively building, willing to contribute honestly and ready to be fully present in the room.
Is it suitable if I am just starting?+
This is not a business-startup programme or a retreat focused on teaching the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. It is best suited to founders with lived experience of building and making decisions. If you are at an earlier stage but have a clear offer, strong commitment and something meaningful to contribute, you are still welcome to apply. Every application is considered individually.
Why is there an application process?+
The women inside the room are one of the most valuable parts of the experience. Applications allow us to create a balanced group of founders who bring different strengths, perspectives and experiences while sharing a willingness to be honest, generous and supportive. It is not about whose business looks most impressive. It is about protecting the trust, depth and quality of the room.
What happens after I apply?+
Every application is reviewed personally. If there appears to be a strong mutual fit, you will receive the complete booking details and an invitation to secure your place. In some cases, we may invite you to a short connection call first. Applying creates no payment obligation.
What is the investment?+
Room investments begin at €2,500 per person and range to €3,950 for the most private accommodation category. A €500 non-refundable deposit secures an accepted place and the remaining balance can be paid in full or through an available payment plan.
What is included?+
Your investment includes the complete seven-day retreat experience with six nights of accommodation, daily breakfast and healthy lunch, the complete founder and wellbeing programme, one 60-minute Balinese massage, three selected experiences beyond the villa, access to the venue facilities and the private VIBRANT founder community after Bali. Flights, travel insurance, dinners, personal expenses and anything not specifically listed are paid separately.
Can I attend alone?+
Absolutely. Most women are expected to arrive without knowing the other participants. Founder Walks, small-group conversations and curated matching are designed to move beyond introductions and create trust from the beginning.
Is this a business or wellness retreat?+
Both – because sustainable expansion requires both. Founder conversations, decision-making and strategic exchange help you see what comes next. Movement, breathwork, sound, massage, nature and spacious integration create the capacity to act on it without returning immediately to urgency.
How intensive is the programme?+
Every day has a clear intention, but not every hour is scheduled. Facilitated sessions, founder conversations, wellbeing practices and shared experiences sit alongside time to rest, use the facilities, connect naturally and integrate what is emerging.
Which room should I choose?+
Choose based on how much privacy you need to feel comfortable and fully present. Shared rooms offer the most accessible investment and more connection. Private rooms and bungalows offer a personal space for rest and integration. You can indicate your preferred category after acceptance, subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?+
The €500 deposit is non-refundable because it removes a limited place and room category from availability. Complete payment, cancellation and transfer terms will be provided for review before you make any payment.
Do I need travel insurance?+
Yes. Every participant will be required to arrange appropriate travel and medical insurance for Bali, including cover for cancellation and unexpected health or travel disruptions.
